I understand that:
- Subletting is not permitted without written permission from Idealis.
- The rental agreement that Idealis has concluded with me and the associated general rental conditions / housing regulations remain applicable.
- I remain responsible for the payment of the rent and service costs to Idealis.
- I remain responsible, including for any damage and rent arrears that arise during this subletting.
- I am liable for the behavior of the subtenant.
- The other conditions of
subletting also apply.
