If there are no students who require a MIVA unit, we temporarily rent them to other tenants. If you become eligible for a MIVA unit, we will invite you for a personal meeting. Together, we will discuss your preferences. After that, we will make you a personal offer. The current tenant of that unit will be provided with a suitable alternative by Idealis, so you can move in.
Are you looking for an accessible room (MIVA room) and are you a PhD candidate?
Then we ask you to upload a medical certificate with your application form, confirming that you require an adapted room. This certificate will then be reviewed by our social manager. Please note: this application does not go through the student dean.
