MyPup

From April 2026 you can receive and return packages via MyPup via a Pick Up Point in your complex. You won’t need to wait at home for deliveries. Packages are stored safely in a locker, which you can access 24/7 with a unique code, regardless of which company delivered them.

1. Order

After your request, you can activate your free MyPup account. You will receive your personal MyPup address information. This address information is a combination of the MyPup address and your personal name code. From now on, you can use the name code and address information for every order you make. You can always find the information when you log in to MyPup or in the MyPup app. 
2. Deliver

MyPup receives all packages for your building at the hub at the edge of the city in the morning and delivers them simultaneously. 
3. Pick-up

MyPup delivers all packages at the Pick Up Point in your building in the afternoon. You will receive a message with the code and safe number the moment your package is ready for pickup.
