Partial renovation of the Sterflat Bornsesteeg
Good news: the renovation of a part of Bornsesteeg is going ahead. This means we can soon start working on the improvements.
During the renovation, you can continue to live in your room. However, you may experience some inconvenience, such as noise or works in shared areas. Of course, we will do everything we can to keep this to a minimum.
With this renovation, we are working together on a future-proof Bornsesteeg. The plans include a new main entrance, a central meeting space, a renewed bicycle storage, a laundry room and a new office for Idealis.
Good to know: The washing machines on the floors will remain available for now. From August 1, 2027, you will no longer be able to use them. If this date changes, you will be informed at least one month in advance.
